Sat in an aisle seat on a plane today for the first time in years and it’s definitively worse than a window seat

Had so many backpacks bump me as people boarded the plane

Window seat in my row also didn’t open the window - felt very claustrophobic

Need the thesis on this one. Window is the seat of poets and dreamers, aisle is the seat of the worldly and practical.

My default choice, I love getting up to go to the bathroom or stretch whenever I want without asking someone

imo aisle is worse than middle. everyone bumping into you when they walk by and still nothing to lean against

Dunno man, I can respect the aisle seats.

Don't gotta climb over anyone to get to the bathroom.

But equally, no fuselage to prop a pillow/hoodie up against and take a nap.

And ofc, view is always superior for the window chads.

Still tho, there's pros to the aisle world imo
