The overall vs. tail-end of this distribution shows that PB & OpenRank are similar in implementation but not the same .... PB seems to reward some non-high-engagement users. Also interesting that there are ~150 people in the top 1k of OpenRank who don't have PB.

I’m shocked that there are that many in the top 1000 without badges. I’d love to be able to cross reference this and see who they are.
