being a doctor is cool but one thing i see a lot is how the career takes over a persons identity 

even online - doctors want to be known as doctors 

it’s not bad, just interesting. we see this a little for founders (esp YC lol) but ofc not for things like ops manager or data engineer 

it’s good to give yourself a label for something you spent a lot of time on but also feel like it comes with limitations

yeah and it becomes so much more the norm in medicine when we are in the hospital all the time

So interesting. Disaggregating our identity from work is one of the most important (imo) and also challenging and rare tasks in our day and age

Especially for ambitious people

Interesting to hear it from a non-founder perspective too
