@callusfbi organised the best IRL experience to build and ship products, as part of last week of Based Fellowship - near to the Himalayas in India.

@ashishdutt from FBI, started the week with a kick-off on Day 1

- Fellows getting to know each other IRL
- Settling down and getting ready for the whole week of shipping products.

Diving deep into web3! Building /onchain-rookies: where rookies learn and grow together.

Day 2 started with fellows wrapping up the ideas they've picked to launch.

When you put bunch sharp devs, designers and operators together - you wouldn't believe how fast things go from idea to reality. Any idea is possible.

@samuellhuber and @proxystudio.eth joined the fellowship flying from frankfurt and new york. 

Kudos for both of them in putting efforts to join us. Picked them up from Delhi over a crazy car drive and joined the fellows on Day 2.

Day 2 & 3 was all about just building IRL together ✅

“Having access to a feedback loop is what makes this process so much better” 

Wake up -> Look at Mountains -> Eat -> Hack around Ideas -> Sleep and Repeat. 

Fun thing @abhishekkumar and I started was the 'Double Tick' culture.

Single Tick - Ready but not shipped
Double Tick - Launched

We organised a hike, where only single tick teams are allowed to join. 

It created accountability and guess what? - Everyone had it bythe night before.

Day 4, we had a major day-off retreat in village nearby (Dharamkot) with frisbee playoffs, cold water plunges.

@jessepollak joined us for an AMA chatting with our fellows and sharing what @base is cooking with onchain summer and how builders at /fbi can participate.

mad props for him to constantly supporting all the products that got shipped throughout.

Then comes the D-Day (Demo Day), on day 5 where all the teams have to come over and present what they've built and shipped to the community.
