everybody else cares primarily about if a) discovery / distribution and  engagement, if they're a creator or b) utility and entertainment, if they're a consumer

this is also true of most people in general

Specifics though, in order to be constructive:
- animations could use a lot of work -- just adding them in certain places or smoothing them out (eg. opening a cast modal)
- loading states -- right now, the button text just changes
- color schemes -- eg. the new user color ring is so weird, why is it neon green when the app base color is purple?
  - another eg. there are 8+ shades of purple in image 1 (attached)
- basic functionality differences between web and mobile -- eg. carousal embeds look and work slick on mobile, but are undraggable on web
- caching is often off -- eg. if someone changes their profile picture, old quote casts retain old pfps
- there's a lot of dead branch features around channels that confuse new users (see example cast linked: https://farcaster.xyz/serpinxbt/0x2e3a311f)

It's hard to point to any one thing because it's a systemic problem: the app feels like it was designed once and then 17 features were quickly shipped into prod without visual review, so the design system can't bear the weight

An example though, why the hell is the ellipsis menu nested between two buttons lol
