solarpunk / regen better achieved a capitalism than as public goods? decentralized fm capitalism + solar panel roofs (chosen by each capitalist building owner) bc it’s economical & self-sufficient secure, and no top-down big-govt scams from energy dept regulations to climate hysteria grifters & those proposing “solutions”. the grid in many places in usa pays you for electricity sent to grid
