On the Rangers, my second team: From a purely hockey standpoint; moving Trouba is vital. Fox is a top 5D in the league, Schneider has passed Trouba and earned the reins at 2RD. Mancini/Ruhwedel can handle 3RD at least in the interim. Trouba played himself out.
