you can q easily get wine that is called/labeled natural but i think the philosophically real thing — which is sort of impossible to codify — is still hard to come by. and bottles that are rare and/or properly aged even more so

so how would one find the philosophically real thing without having to learn new skills/jump down a new rabbit hole? 🤔
