What happened with the Network School? 

Have literally heard nothing about it since it started, also i recall him saying it was gonna be Farcaster-native or something

I'm in a group chat with some members of Network School. They're highly active engaging in daily learning, workouts and other longevity-focused activities, as well as socializing with schoolmates. 

Previously, some of them used to share their dairy on /network-states, but ever since the new channels were launched, they've been much less active on Farcaster. Even Balaji himself rarely uses Farcaster now.

Is there a reason why the new channels killed that activity? Genuinely curious

ex-/airswap. part time node runner, full time shitcaster, all time higher

Yeah think ux was bad during the transition. Not too sure how is channel ux now that it has stabilized tho

One possible reason could be this: 

before, you could freely post things in the channel. 

Then, on the first day of the new channels launch, you found that all your previous posts were gone (if you weren’t a channel member). 

A few days later, they reappeared, but since you weren’t a member, you couldn’t post anything. 

Eventually, after a few days, you became a member, but the whole experience had already diminished your desire to share.
