updated "default locking period" to 2100, this will apply to all new tokens. Will do the same for prior clanker LPs in existing lockers once the /fbi labs crew (h/t @0xbhaisaab @abhishekkumar) are able to verify the locker contracts 

soon we'll have it set up so that a user who requests deployment can

- perform an initial swap during deployment, front running any snipers 
- claim fees at any time

nope, locked till 2100 for now, all clanker tokens will be locked similarly, no pulling liquidity we didn't train him to do that

i just made the locks shorter for launch in case we had to migrate, or something else went wrong
