Mayor Neil Ellis and Councillor Chris Malette returned from Lahr, Germany, after attending Remembrance Day ceremonies and marking the 30th anniversary of the closure of the Canadian Air Force base. The visit strengthens Belleville's 50+ year twin-city bond with Lahr.
