it’s a new week let’s get it! today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 quick core circuit 💥 1. toe reaches 2 x 10 2. bird dog 2 x 10 3. scissors 2 x 10 4. side plank 2 x 30 seconds each side 5. slow plank climbers 2 x 10 core isn’t just sit ups and crunches! working different parts of the core will improve your posture, functional movement and also increase your flexibility by stabilising the lower back. as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions or workout suggestions! ↑
