reminder: bringing the world onchain means bringing THE WORLD onchain 1. just because accounts are not from western countries doesn’t mean they are bots 2. dan said to cast alot so they are casting alot 3. wc rewards can go a long way in other currencies non-western people of farcaster - i say this with love and care 💖 1. not everyone will engage with you no matter how nice you are or how hard you try stop replying to people who *never* respond back to you it’s not worth your effort and you could end up with a spam label 2. if you post content from pinterest etc pretending it’s yours pls dont (this is ok for memes) but not for /itap etc only post lifestyle photos that are originally yours as if not ppl will think u are a bot 3. keep being authentically YOU own where you are from, for instance i am so proud to be of nigerian and jamaican heritage don’t let negative stereotypes stop you from being authentic ❤️

i just see both sides as a non white westerner who can spot specifically nigerian anon casters from a mile away cos real recognises real i understand it’s frustrating for users who are traumatised from the *actual* bot and moxie days but these users wont know if no one actual explains anyway thats my 2 cents hope it helps please respect my privacy at this time 🙏🏾

This is well said and I really appreciate all the people I have met on Farcaster from all different walks of life👏 I would caveat however that I don’t think the rewards structure should be set up to reward quality over quantity. I would much rather see people put more effort into their content, regardless of where they are from.

well said. lessons for both sides in there. also - jamaica has been on my list forever but i want to see so much of the country and some friends from there have told me it’s unsafe. i wanna get the shanty town experience not the montego bay one.

I would add if you haven’t found your cozy corner of farcaster then create it (a channel for it) If you build it they will come /catwalk is a niche as it can get but I wanted a place to connect with others (if they even existed 🤣) 1,200+ followers later I have learned so much from global community

THIS MEANS A LOT COMING FROM A WARPCAST WHALE!! not gonna lie one of the reasons I don't talk about my nationality is because the moment it's known, it's all kinda stereotype through at me. I absolutely hate it honestly. So I just avoid honestly.. this really goes a long way for us Nigerians
