i want to nail the perfect sleep routine for when i start training again in november here is what im thinking so far → comfy bedding / pillows (any excuse to buy fresh bedding lol) → dark room/eye mask + ear plugs → magnesium before bed → no phone 1 hour before sleeping → electronics out of the room is there any other suggestions/findings you recommend?

wait! this is fascinating i often have warm baths before bed thinking it will relax me. noted!! thanks for sharing. the point about sunlight slightly confuses me as i sleep better with an eye mask on but now i’m concerned that blocking natural sunlight could mess up my circadian rhythm when i wake up, any thoughts on that🤔

Now that I don’t know much about. I do know everyone I know with an eye mask speaks so highly of them. Huge upgrade they say. So I would be reluctant to diss them. Guess maybe without researching at all depends on if you have a harder time going to bed or waking up!
