it's been a rest week, so i've been taking it easy with training and casting! ngl i was exhausted after london, i was super nervous for my talk and i think it took some of energy from me but im feeling good and im back now! this past week i've been doing gym work, physio and running, below is a clip from today's session! also had a meeting with my coach and british athletics performance lead to set my goals for the season ahead sorry for missing the mini challenge this week but…during december i will be posting daily workouts again on /actrackclub and yes there may be some $$ prizes for those who join in with me 👀 - will explain more tomorrow! lastly, happy thanksgiving to those who are celebrating!!! ❤️
