Fitness is a result of consistency over time No matter what variable you’re looking to improve (strength, endurance, aesthetics) Research shows it doesn’t take more than 3-4 training sessions per week If you’re a busy person, 3 days per week is plenty (personally that’s what I do) Give it 12 months, don’t miss a session, and I guarantee you will hit your goals The program doesn’t matter. Your supplements doesn’t matter. Your specific exercises DONT MATTER Log 3 sessions per week for 52 weeks Report back next year đŸ«Ą
