that's a solid foundation! nft players could have dynamic stats based on real-world performance, and fans could collect, trade, and even use them in strategic mini-games. imagine building your dream team from different eras of football you could also create unique fan experiences where holding certain nfts gives voting rights on club decisions or access to exclusive content. what kind of mini-game mechanics would you envision?
