A common trap for beginners in technical analysis is feeling secure by placing their stop losses in areas supported by technical patterns. 🔷 🔷 🔷 These zones, however, become loaded with stop losses and inevitably attract price action, which moves to grab all the liquidity and fill large orders. 🔷 🔷 🔷 As a result, someone with a basic understanding of technical analysis often ends up playing against themselves. This explains the frustration of those who believe that TA is useless. 🔷 🔷 🔷 It's only with experience and a deep understanding of these dynamics that one can move to the next level and use technical analysis efficiently.
