Yeahhhhhh really feels like this ain't it. I saw a recommendation way back to make it so the top rankers have less and the bottom rankers have more, basically making the entire distribution less exponential. This feels like the opposite, which kills my motivation to participate

Lol I have really engaged here with real authenticity and heart and its a waste of time. I dont feel any kinship with the people who run the app, and thats ok. Baking in these silly ideas like power and ranking etc just all feels a bit web1.9 or something 😆 will cashout my degen after the airdrop tbh ✨

I cashed out a few weeks ago, made a nice 10x and I'll be happy with that. I can buy more art lol Agree 100% with your take though. It's okay for not all of this to be for me.... Actually I still prefer this over X for my ability to have genuine conversation on here and be myself.

For real, I like it here I love the channels and frames and things - its made me reappraise a lot of my older work too. The deadening silence of twitter feels so bad for me as an artist - I blame the muted response on my self. I will cash out, forget the tip stuff and just try to mute all these bloody memecoins 😆

Also cashed out, even the 10k requirement to tip. Was fun for a while getting reward for content and helped with some unexpected financial needs IRL, but all of these different gamification/ranking mechanics is getting all to complicated to keep up with... and why are we trying to push the DEGEN token after all?
