You don’t have to choose to focus on culture and vibes. They just exist, whether you focus on them or not, whether you want them to or not. Every organization has a culture. Every scene has a vibe. Focusing on d30 and PMF is the culture and vibe here. Farcaster culture is builder culture. For better or worse.

Totally agree. Culture isn’t something you simply choose. It's not words on a page or a manifesto. It’s the sum of everyday actions, decisions, and interactions within a team or community. By focusing on, rewarding, celebrating or encouraging key behaviors that reflect a community's values then the culture of that community naturally takes shape and provides a blueprint for how people within that community work together and drive things forward. tldr- Culture isn’t a choice; it’s the natural result of everyday actions and interactions
