I listen to every episode to keep up with Farcaster news Idk if this is in your control vs YouTube but I subscribe on YouTube and my subscriptions are always filled with duplicates of the same stream. It takes me awhile to figure out which ones I saw. So basically decluttering YouTube feed

Maybe this is somewhere and I never found it, but I would love to follow along easier with the links and casts. Could be as simple as a shared google doc (or google slides) with links dropped in. Then we could even GM farcaster raid casts while the show is live, or shortly after 🤘🏼

I watched this episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TFH1VxHw7po&t=2378s Ok, so first thing I want to say, is that you did very well @adrienne! Here are the things that have to change: 1️⃣ The logo needs improvement - it's too detailed and generic, giving off a spam vibe. A more appealing logo would attract more viewers to the podcast. 2️⃣ Instead of reading the casts, provide a short summary and commentary. Reading the casts distracts viewers and reduces interest. 3️⃣ The episode lacks a clear theme and fails to capture interest. Consider providing a weekly overview and announcing the most interesting topics to draw in viewers. 4️⃣ The show needs more visibility - with only 8 views, it's clear that the concept isn't reaching enough people. Consider advertising and paying for views initially. 5️⃣ Nounishprof interrupts too frequently, making the show too fast-paced and not allowing for enough input from the main host. More space for the main host's thoughts and opinions is needed.

In addition to the full chapters and the shorts, I would like to see some clips uploaded with the main topics or highlights. For example, if in a chapter you touch on some controversy and that topic lasts 15 minutes, a short is short, you can upload that segment in addition to the entire chapter. It's good for the public that was interested in that specific topic to say "oh, I like them, I'm going to see what other things they do." Here is an example of what my favorite program does:

PM I really liked your podcast, I have seen that you already have several and also a lot of content on the channel. I would like them to promote their channel more through shorts with small engaging frames of those videos that they have uploaded. This motivates people to watch the original video and bring more visits and subscriptions. I like how transparent they are and with the video and transmission logistics they are doing very well.
