Got a new one on the way :) question for parents of 2+ kids: - what are the highest-impact logistic hacks I can think about in advance? - especially in the first few months, what was your experience with childcare (babysitter v nanny v inhouse etc)

Congratulations antimo! The best advice is something one of the nurses whispered to me after my 2nd was born, advice I followed, and now pass on as often as I can: Your older kid needs you more than the baby. Make sure to shower them with lots of attention and love. The baby has physical demands but the older one has emotional ones, their world is getting turned upside down and they need to know you love them. Childcare wise, we had a nanny from the time my first was born thru the time the youngest entered kindergarten
