I think pelvic floor strengthening is very important! Been trying to remember to include them more officially in my exercise routines instead of “oh yeah, I’ll do some of those”

I think this should be taught in health classes. Most people don’t know how to engage their pelvic floor (or pee) properly and it leads to long term medical implications especially later in life
