What to expect Friday for the IRL track: 10:00 arrival, breakfast, coffee, 11:00 kickoff and talks 11:30 start writing 1:30 lunch and readouts 2:30 more writing 4:30 readouts and closing remarks Some will finish in 1 day, but everyone has up to 1 week to publish final drafts

Q: do we have to publish by EOD? A: publishing guidelines will be shared during the kickoff, some will publish on the day of the hackathon but the official deadline will be the following Friday June 28
