Elon texting his brother before acquiring twitter. Hmmmm I think he might have been on to something 🤔 “a blockchain social media system that does both payments and short text messages like Twitter.” Because there would be no central server, “there’d be no throat to choke, so free speech is guaranteed.”

Sounds great in theory but there is speech and media you REALLY don’t want on your own servers. Payments too for that matter

Aye, it's a great idea. But not something you can do in reverse (ie, shove Twitter into this shape). Arrive at that design through first principles or risk producing some kind of ugly chimera. Something like, idk, the everything app or whatever.
