How it started: 

- impulsively started a substack last December 

How it’s going:

- still going strong, averaging 2 per month and just published #24, 
- developed a writing habit 
- found a source of joy

I found substack to be the perfect platform for developing a habit- the newsletter/email vibe makes it less formal than other blogging platforms, but requires more thought than fitting off tweets. 

Like a Goldilocks zone for writing for the sake of writing

Cohost of /gmfarcaster, a live stream Farcaster news show.  Engineer. Mom x 3. I love to share the wonder and beauty of daily life.

I also found farcaster to be an incredibly nurturing and supportive place for writers.  

Every time I shared my posts here I got a tremendous amount of encouragement. No doubt that also contributed to me developing the habit.
