What’s worse than signing up for a new service online, going thru multiple registration steps, and then having it fail at the last step? When the company starts spamming you every day asking you to come back and finish the steps? 🤬 Never!

What’s even worse than that? It’s for a company I have some exposure to thru a VC investment so I should want them to succeed but now I’m so mad I don’t care Lesson learned: customer experience above all else
