This is actually much better than the average social network. The rule is typically 90 lurk / 9 react / 1 post Still should always try to improve (so agree with your cast), but I don't read this with pessimism at all!

When I was 12 or 13 I brought home a test I got a C on. My mom was disappointed. I explained to her it wasn’t bad, it was average. Her answer: “but you aren’t average” 💥 That changed me. And FC is not typical. We don’t compare stats to other networks. We win by beating our own high standards.
