it might fail 
you might have increased stress 
a lot more schlep
worse healthcare options
you don’t know if you actually like the work 
people might judge you 
you are walking away from other opportunities on your current path 
🤷‍♀️

And tighter budget (I assume)

Consider also 
Flexibility for family vacations and time with kids - they’re only young once
