one of the biggest reasons why chain abstraction is necessary: the need to manually bridge might seem like a small thing but it has effectively amputated any sort of cohesiveness that web3 could have. most users, consciously or not, change their behavior BECAUSE of the need to bridge. people are lazy. everything ends up incredibly siloed and the only way to get funds to new places (convince people to bridge) is through heavy incentivization then, "what happens when you no longer need to bridge?" well, people tend to do things across chains wayy more often than they otherwise would. have observed this with @UseUniversalX chain abstraction "unchains" value locked in the siloes of distinct ecosystems
