Thanks! I was trying to do something non-standard I think - Send the Bundler Tx from one address, to create an account for a second address, with the metadata signed by a third address. 

But finally I got it working!

I don't create signers during registration though, and I'm using a custom contract on top of the bundler so there are minimal changes
