As i reflect on my 3 year journey in web3 marketing, im reminded that this space is constantly evolving. while i don't claim to be an expert, ive learned valuable lessons through a lot of trial & error, and im eager to share them with you.
learning 1: community is the real mvp. i used to think that content was king, but no, its the community that wears the crown.
learning 2: authenticity beats the algorithms. web3 is built on transparency and trust. authenticity is a key to building credibility with the audience. be real and be honest and don't try to manipulate those algos.
learning 3: web3 is not just about tech, its about people. there is so much tech in this space but at the end of the day, its about solving problems for real people.
learning 4: dont just promote, do educate as well. web3 is complex and education is crucial.
learning 6: collaboration is the new competition. seek out partnerships, collaborations and opportunities to work together.
if you have made it this far, heartfelt thanks. 1 reply

it’s high time to face it- people don't fall in love with products/ideas, they fall in love with people. and yet, so many web3 projects still sound like, well, projects. corporate jargon, buzz words, robotic tone, and a whole lot of soullessness.
but what if your brand voice was different? what if it sounded like a real person, with quirks, flaws and a sense of humor? wouldn't that be someone you'd want to hang out with?
when we make our project’s voices sound human, we make them relatable and authentic. and that's when the magic happens.
by adopting a humanlike brand voice, projects can create a more personal and emotional connection with their audience, ultimately driving loyalty, engagement, and growth. 1 reply

web3 marketing isn't about following a one size fits all approach. despite the hype, it's crucial to focus on the foundations and fundamentals. what does that mean? you need to go back to the principles every time and define what is the stage of the project, how much time you have until the launch, think about the distribution channels.
$ get to know your audience: understand their needs, pain points, and motivation.
$ craft a compelling narrative: your story should resonate with your audience and set you apart.
$ choose the right channels: don't spread yourself thin. focus on the platforms where your audience is most active.
$ timing is everything: don't rush to launch without a solid plan.
$ community building is the key: engage with your audience, share your journey, listen to feedback, show appreciation, show setbacks (debatable i know)- "loyalty is earned"
$ don't skip the basics: define your strategy, set clear goals, and track progress. data driven decisions are always "green flag"

In this revolutionary era of web3, we're not just upgrading our technology- we're revolutionizing the way we connect. Social media, once just a tool for sharing updates or pictures, has evolved into a bridge that connects us all, no matter where we are in the world. It's a reminder that our voicea can be heard, our thoughts can make a difference, and our communities can thrive.
In web3, this bridge becomes even more powerful. With decentralized networks and blockchain technology, our connections become more secure, transparent, and equitable. Our online communities can now be built on trust, ownership, and mutual value.
So the next time you're scrolling through your feeds, remember the incredible power of web3 social media. It's not just a platform- it's a global community, waiting to be tapped into. It's a chance to rebuild the internet around people, not profit. and it's an opportunity to unlock new possibilities for connection, collaboration, and growth. 0 reply
