Been benching reps of 25kg weights recently. Although, after a week now, my arms seem to have adapted, I’m so worn out. Literally a walking load of muscle cramps. I’ll wait for some little time for my body to recover before increasing the weights.

With consistence , you will get used to it. But always get enough time to rest.
