We've talked with two amazing community managers, @cryon (from /talusnetwork) and @addigator (from /chones and /rarible), about how to support your members. The tricky part about web3 communities is the mix of members. And then there is airdrop this tge that attitude, people expecting to get paid or boosted for posts. It doesn't make the life of community managers easier

tldr: It’s never a one-size fits all. Not across communities and also not within a community. Financial incentives alone will not do it; fun is needed. And campaigns tailored to the needs of each community segment.
