I went down the wormhole to find an ultralite, 12 oz, tumbler, made from healthy materials after buying a wheat fiber cup sold at Whole Foods and Giant. Turns out many food products made of husks (bamboo, rice, wheat, etc.) cannot be microwaved because they contain melamine resin made of formaldehyde according to DW news. https://www.dw.com/en/keep-your-hands-off-bamboo-coffee-cups-german-consumer-group-warns/a-49713624
