The "bum gun" I'm familiar with from Thailand and Vietnam is better than any Japanese bidet I've experienced 🍑🔫 - Simple to use - More precise - More affordable - Safer to not spray yourself in the face when trying to flush the toilet at your friends coworking space you've been invited to for the day https://warpcast.com/beecurious/0x3e1bf5bd

Haha the 4th pointttt, real story! For me Japanese toilet is world class, nothing beats it, warm seats, has 2-3 functions for washing and sometimes includes drying. You basically don't need toilet paper. In my home in Albania we have this bum gun too, not sure but many countries even in Turkey, Dubai, India have this model and was not aware is called 'bum gun' 😅 . In the US I can't find them in restaurants or cafes, but happy Amazon has.

The seat warming is nice in cold weather! I'm paranoid with bidets shooting|blowing dirty water|air out which is another bum gun plus for me. I've rarely seen either in the US outside of nice tech offices. The first bidet I saw was ~18 years old at someone's mansion party. Even then only in the master bedroom. I don't think bum gun is the official product name. That's what I saw people online calling it a few months ago.
