Honestly, the transactional focus of this app depresses me endlessly. I don’t even want to connect a wallet, or be part of a ‘crypto-community’. It feels cut-off, gamified, worse than Twitter, in a sense, almost perverse.

I like that one can see the NFTs I collected, etc, but I don't get that Degen thing, and why half of the comments are about it

Ha, yes, the Degen thing is completely beyond me! Social media is stressful enough as it is without a rewarding system, right? Also, for me, I am not at all interested in niche-social medias as alternatives for X and such: it feels like facilitating fenced off bubbles while opening up seems much better.

Sadly it feels like we've lost hope to just MTGA (make the bird great again) I agree it was useful for so much more than blockchain stuff, I made good use of lists to ensure I could see past that
