I used them before for a (somewhat complex) SPV, and invested a very small amount through a feeder.

Their execution was never good. They hired quickly, and relied on very human-centric processes.

My best guess is they let runway get short, raising a bridge didn’t happen, and so they optimized for shutting down gracefully before lights off.

It’s a bit annoying that this leaves all SPVs to figure out what’s next for themselves, after paying non-refundable fees.

They raised on a software story, but imho, it was never there or compelling.

The writing had been on the walls in investor updates for a bit. It was clear things weren’t going well this year.
