Anyone who tried reth (EVM client)? Is it really only needs 2-3days to bootstrap an archive node from ground (for ETH mainnet). I especially curious if this would be same in AWS

Sadly that was not my experience. It took around 4/5 days for me. I used metal.new

2-3 days with a good disk. Took me a bit less than a week on a public cloud for an archive node which is already amazing.
