entrepreneurial and proactive people with experience. can't instruct from a to z for early-stage startups - too much to do, and too many changes depends on the product, but in my case: - design (gotta be 10x better than me) - community (gotta be 10x better than me) same with eng: - gotta be 10x better than @peter
