thinking about the next possible steps for @perl in my head. 1. we are now ~29K players 2. accept 1K more for "30K OG players" 3. issue them OG NFTs. 5 each 4. new players need to buy them from OGs 5. even if you sell, you still get to play forever as an OG just thinking in public. recasts, comments welcome.

There is clearly an unhealthy % of airdrop farmers currently engaging with anything rn I would think through ways to mitigate rewarding them and focus on real users

I like the sound of selling but not sure if 150k NFTs are really OG though. How about 30k OG NFTs which can claim x number of tickets (maybe once off or maybe monthly) which can be transferred or sold?

Try to have good engagement with the people who are active rather focusing on new peeps. Active users should be engaged and encouraged by giving something. As you are giving away 300k degens to one person i personally feel it's not good idea. Instead split it to 99 people that might good.

I think there needs to better distinction for what counts as an OG player - huge surge in DAU for the app related to token speculation doesn’t necessarily translate to long-term consistency

I feel 5 NFTs each is too many. I would say 2 max if you decide to go that route. Maybe even add the ability that if you get a hot streak… say 5 games won in a row you get more or something around streaks. Maybe you can “play your way in”
