/farcaster there is this dude named Woj who had a farcaster app called Supercast. Merkle acquired woj and 'super', but not the team. that team includes Sam, nate?, and melanin https://warpcast.com/0xmelanin melanin is someone i'd lliek to help find a new job. She wants to do community, social, growth. why do i want to help her? samuel will be fine, i dunno the other guy. i met melanin here on fc way back. i thought she / he (i dunno) was a bot, and told her that when she was talking w/ me. she challenged me and kept at it, and i responded to her every time. eventually she got involved in super, and then got a job. this is someone who had no webThree experience, took the time and energy to come to farcaster, and legit helped grow community. we used to have the Churn Protection group chat (ostensibly to help new casters). i'd like to ask you all if you can help her get an interview somewhere. she is shy.

cc @ted one thing that bothers me about farcaster growth is that it is always the elites and cabals that win. the rich get richer. i'd like to turn that on its head and drastically reward the people that have actively been involved in the community. if you can, help a homie out.

thanks for flagging! gonna hop on a call with @0xmelanin to see what she's looking for in her next role so we can be most helpful :) i'm averse to the word cabal. CLUB TED was open to anyone and tons of people grew and built and shipped from ground zero. my goal is always to win together 🫢
