November Challenge!
Folks, welcome to November! I'd like to give you all a 30 day challenge. Pick a goal and work on it for the next 30 days. It could be to lose weight, walk every day, eat an apple a day, read a book a week, save money, clean out the basement, write a heart felt letter to friends or family, pray/meditate daily, etc.
However, make them SMART goals:
Smart Goals are a framework for setting objectives that are clear, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound. This acronym stands for:
Specific: Clearly define what you want to accomplish, avoiding vague or general statements.
Measurable: Quantify your goal, allowing you to track progress and measure success.
Achievable: Ensure your goal is realistic and attainable based on your resources and capabilities.
Realistic: Align your goal with your current situation and limitations, avoiding overly ambitious or unrealistic targets.
