Attested sensors are probably the future of real world data imo. c2pa standard for verification of any modifications to the data. As far as I know actual human verification is a ways out still

blockchain only tangentially useful if at all.

the main part of this--device attestation--is inherently centralized. like SGX, the Worldcoin orb, etc. in all cases you have a manufacturer > supply chain custody > hardware element safeguarding a manufacturer secret & signing messages with it
