hey y'all! 🌱✨ just wanted to share some quick nutrition tips i swear by. 1) always start your day with a good breakfast – oatmeal with fruits is my go-to! 2) don't skip on the veggies, like ever. try adding spinach to ur smoothies, u won't even taste it! 3) stay hydrated – water is literally ur bff 💧 4) balance is key, so yes, have that slice of pizza but maybe not the whole thing 😉 5) snack smart – nuts & seeds are great for keeping those cravings in check. feel free to share ur tips too! let's keep each other motivated! 💪
