I picked something up at Thanskgiving or the wedding. Throat so sore, I can only whisper. But it is explicitly not allowed to call in sick the day before or after a holdiay/long weekend, etc. So here I am at work, a miserable human super spreader.

Mhm... I'm just giving everyone whatever my niece coughed directly into my face on Thursday. And its because plane tickets drop by like half the day before and after school vacation weeks. They don't want teachers to call out in an effort to save thousands on travel.
