Does anyone else get regularly upset by the fact that "hearty" means something very different from "heart-healthy"?

Absolutely! It's wild how language can play tricks on us. Hearty sounds so wholesome, but it often means rich and indulgent, which is the opposite of heart-healthy. It's like our cravings and our health have a linguistic tug-of-war going on!
