Communication between two people: 70% is emotions and 30% is content. If the emotions are not right, the content will be distorted. Even if there is a belly full of emotions, without good emotions, no matter how much you say, it is just venting.

if we can understand how our emotions work, we can accentuate the good emotions, and decrease the bad aspects.
