My idea is one that is feasible and shouldn’t take that much time and resource to implement.

I term it “Human-AI Trust Circles”. The whole concept revolves around anonymous digital spaces where people can engage in deep, sensitive conversations guided by AI. The AI acts as a facilitator, helping individuals explore personal fears, biases, and controversial ideas in a non-judgmental environment. It personalizes its responses over time, encouraging vulnerability and self-reflection while gently challenging participants’ assumptions. The AI also synthesizes patterns from group dialogues, offering new insights and connecting people with complementary perspectives. These Trust Circles can evolve into collaborative problem-solving spaces, allowing participants to move from reflection to action, fostering personal growth and collective understanding.

Surely there would be challenges with this, from issues dealing with privacy to issues dealing with over reliance ( for example the issue of the teen that   took his life because of an ai). But all of these can be combated: establishing guidelines on its use, others members giving their input in discussions, ensuring member anonymity is guaranteed and discussions are kept private.

Experiments can be done among a small group of users to test feasibility and impact, either positive or negative.
