March's Deli Art Edition by ████████ mint proceeds will help fund the relocation of the Armoured Mistfrog, a critically endangered, nocturnal tree frog from Far North Queensland’s Wet Tropics. Once common, its population is now estimated in the low hundreds as it crashed between 1991 and 2008 due to a fungus outbreak, climate change, and habitat loss. These cascade-dwellers are on the brink of extinction and urgently need help. ⌐◨-◨

Yesterday, I sat down with management at Prahran Market, Melbourne’s oldest food market, established in 1864, and was presented with an opportunity to lease a site in Market Square—an outdoor courtyard set to be reinvigorated with events, activations, music, and live sports on the big screen, with the market hand-selecting operators to shape its future. With the local council investing heavily in the market’s upgrade, this is a great chance to secure a spot early and be part of its long-term growth. The plan would be to relocate Nouns Deli, utilising as much existing equipment as possible to keep costs down while moving into one of Melbourne’s top food destinations. Prahran Market attracts 70,000 visitors each week and is evolving to meet a younger, more food-focused audience. This move puts us in a high-traffic, high-visibility location with room for future opportunities. We believe this is the right move for Nouns Deli, but we'd love to hear your thoughts or reach out with any questions ⌐◨-◨
